Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage engineering projects from conception to completion. • Work with other departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. • Develop and implement engineering solutions to meet customer requirements. • Monitor engineering project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. • Ensure engineering teams are following best practices and industry standards. • Manage engineering resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials. • Identify and resolve any engineering challenges or issues. • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. • 5+ years of engineering experience. • Experience managing engineering teams and projects. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of engineering principles and practices. • Experience with project management software. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Knowledge of budgeting and cost control. • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards. • Leadership and management skills.
